Getting to know the Waggoners

My brother, Nathan and my sister-in-law, Cydil along with their two kids, Ellie and Reni have been serving in Albania since 2013.  They are carrying on the legacy of Cydil's parents, David and Sarah VanOrman who began ministring in Albania in 1993.  If you would like to get to know their story and more about the ministry we will be partnering with check out the two websites below:

Mesoni Shiqp (Learn Albania) Part #1

Probably the most frustrating thing you will experience in Albania is the language barrier.  Learning a few simple phrases will help.  We will be listing a few new ones each week until we go. Each language post will include a video of Viola our language tutor. She will help us get used to the Albanian accent. Today's goal is to learn a few greetings.  Here's this week's Viola Video:

The One Another Living Guide

Starting tomorrow (April 17th) at our first team meeting, we will launch in to, "The One Another Living Guide" in preparation for our trip.  We will be walking through this guide one experience a week before the trip and one session a day while we are on the trip. This will help unite our hearts as we seek to serve Jesus, each other, and our Albanian family. 

Here's the challenge:  Ask at least one other Christ follower to talk and pray through the session with you.  Then visit this blog and post a comment on what you learned together.  Each session will have its own post.  The post title will be just what you see in the living guide's table of content.  For example our first post will be:  1. John 13:1-17  Wash Each Other's Feet.
